📋 Description
• Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice and patients accessing high-quality care.
• The Contract Management Associate will be a key member of the Contract Management & Implementation Team within Insurance Operations.
• This role will manage high-impact payor contracts, drive process improvements, and act as a subject matter expert on payor contract management and implementation.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payor contract and fee schedule management with experience managing and developing payor relationships.
• Additionally, the candidate will have a proven ability to enhance and streamline operational workflows.

🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in insurance operations, contract management, or payor relations within a healthcare setting.
• Deep understanding of insurance contracts, payor fee schedules, provider reimbursement models, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review, interpret, and improve rate management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with payors, internal teams, and leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve rate inconsistencies, contract misinterpretations, and implementation gaps.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, CODA, JIRA, Slack, Retool, and other contract management tools.
