Hiring Part-time Remote Customer Service Representative id-19344

We are looking for a responsible and communicative customer service representative to handle incoming calls, provide professional support, and conduct follow-up calls to improve customer experience and increase order conversions.

Job Responsibilities
Answering Incoming Calls – Respond to pre-sales, after-sales, and logistics-related inquiries. You need to be familiar with product details, production timelines, and shipping schedules.
Daily Communication & Reporting – Maintain clear communication with your supervisor during working hours, respond to messages promptly, and update the record sheet at the end of each workday with any encountered issues.
Returning Missed Calls – Call back customers who left missed calls the previous day and log the updates to ensure timely responses.
Following Up on Abandoned Orders – Contact customers who abandoned their orders, understand their reasons, attempt to retain them, and convert them into sales.
Confirming Customer Addresses – Call customers as assigned by the supervisor to verify shipping addresses and ensure smooth deliveries.

Working Hours

Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $500/month
Commission Structure:
Order Conversion Bonus – Earn commissions for every order successfully converted through daily calls and callbacks.
Abandoned Order Recovery Bonus – Earn extra commissions based on the number of abandoned orders recovered.

Job Requirements
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
Positive work attitude, responsible, and able to handle pressure.
Ability to quickly learn and master product knowledge.
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
