Key Responsibilities
- Process and resolve denied or underpaid insurance claims by engaging with insurance carriers, patients, and healthcare providers.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and report payer trends that may affect revenue streams and reimbursement processes.
- Maintain adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
- Ensure accurate documentation and thorough record-keeping.
- Follow established procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills
