We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to guide our operations through a period of growth. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing the performance of our team of virtual assistants (VAs) and outsourced service providers. The Operations Manager will have the opportunity to shape processes, ensuring high-quality service for both guests and property owners.

Responsibilities
Management of Virtual Assistants (VAs):
- Set daily priorities for VAs to ensure critical tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide ad-hoc problem-solving support for guest or property owner issues.
- Align VA tasks with overall business goals and strategy.
- Schedule and manage the VA roster for optimal coverage.
- Perform regular quality checks on VA task performance and communication.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and career development support for VAs.
- Conduct weekly or biweekly team meetings to discuss priorities, challenges, and feedback.
Management of Service Providers:
- Build and maintain relationships with key service providers such as cleaners and maintenance professionals.
- Review service provider invoices to control costs and enhance guest and owner satisfaction.
- Handle queries, disputes, or complaints from service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Project Management:
- Develop and manage an annual plan for property maintenance and seasonal tasks.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement initiatives that improve guest and owner experiences.
- Maintain a centralized project management tool for tracking tasks and progress.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Implement innovative solutions to address gaps in scheduling, maintenance, or task coordination.

- Ability to translate business strategy into operational processes.
