Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time PR Specialist for our Los-Angeles based Brand PR team. Within this role, you'll manage our LA HQ Showroom, support various PR activities, and assist in executing campaigns that enhance our brand's presence. Job Responsibilities
Showroom Management
- Maintain the product closet and showroom, ensuring items are accessible and inventory is accurate.
- Coordinate the distribution and return of products for PR activities, including stylist, editor, VIP and influencer pulls.
- Keep the showroom organized by arranging stock, replenishing racks, and maintaining clothing presentation.
- Coordinate giftings and mailers for collection launches and other activities.
Event Coordination
- Manage events from planning to execution, including venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements.
- Handle guest lists, RSVPs, and post-event coverage.
Media Relations
- Monitor media for opportunities to promote the brand.
- Develop and maintain relationships with editors, publications, and influencers.
- Collaborate with the PR agency to track media placements and update reporting trackers.
Administrative Support
- Oversee daily inventory updates in the tracking system and vendors on contracts and payments.
- Create fact sheets, signage, run-of-shows, media backgrounders, and recap reports.
- Maintain the master Brand PR calendar, coordinating with CN, internal marketing and brand teams.
Job Requirements
- 2-4+ years in fashion PR or marketing (agency or in-house preferred).
- Familiarity with showroom and inventory management tools (e.g., Mayvien) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Team-oriented with adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with budget tracking tools.
- Previous event project management experience.
Pay
$69,805.00 min. - $77,200.00 max annually. Bonus offered.
