About the position

In this role, the Salesforce Marketing Manager will work closely with various academic and administrative units across the university to identify their marketing priorities. The manager will communicate how Marketing Cloud can support these units and develop campaigns based on research and best practices to help them achieve their objectives. The individual will oversee the execution of these campaigns, monitor user engagement, and make necessary adjustments based on data insights and direct feedback from users. The position involves designing and optimizing campaigns using various strategies, including A/B testing, marketing automations, and dynamic content. The manager will also be responsible for personalizing email content to enhance the customer experience and managing dashboards to leverage analytics for optimizing campaign results. Additionally, the role includes configuring account setups for new users and marketing units, creating performance reports, and coordinating with other departments to improve organizational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Significant experience managing omnichannel marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, marketing automations, and dynamic content strategies.
