Responsibilities:
1. Inputting data from various sources into the company database.
2. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
3. Organizing and maintaining files and records.
4. Performing regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
5. Verifying data by comparing it to source documents.
6. Generating reports based on the data entered.
7. Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
8. Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements.
9. Responding to requests for information and access relevant files.
10. Adhering to data entry standards and confidentiality policies.
