**Job Description:**

As a Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be the face of our airline, providing exceptional customer service to enhance the travel experience of our passengers. Responsibilities span from pre-flight preparation to post-flight duties, ensuring safety, comfort, and a memorable journey for all aboard.

**Responsibilities:**

– Conduct pre-flight cabin inspections and ensure all safety equipment is available and functional.

– Greet passengers, assist with seating, and provide an overview of safety procedures.

– Serve beverages, snacks, and meals and sell onboard products.

– Maintain a clean cabin environment before, during, and after the flight.

– Provide special attention and assistance to individuals such as the elderly, small children, or individuals with disabilities.

– Respond promptly to passenger requests and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.

– Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and airline policies.

**Requirements:**

– Must be at least 18 years of age.

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

– Able to read, write, and fluently speak English (additional languages a plus).

– Capable of lifting bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds.

– Comfortable working at various altitudes and in varying climates.

– Must be able to attend and complete a rigorous training program.

– Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

**Educational Qualifications:**
